GAOAS Troubleshooting

- Website Not Functioning Properly - make sure you are using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome as your web browser.
- Certificate Error Appears -
Click to "continue to this website" even though "not recommended". - Popup problems: After logging on nothing happens. Try turning off your popup blocker - Note: you may need to turn off more than one blocker if you have any toolbars installed (ie. Google, Yahoo, etc.)
- Logon Problems - Make sure you are using the correct logon information. Logon ID is a 10 digit number and the Password is a 6 digit number.
